Mission Statement

The Employability Team’s mission is to improve employability every day. We do this by providing personalized career coaching, resume reviews, and job placement assistance for LearnKey's students and alumni. Once students have completed training, they will have access to our nationwide employer network.

Meet Our Team

Jeff Martin | Employability Leader

Jeff is the Employability Leader at LearnKey. He is passionate about helping people reach their maximum potential. Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri. He lived in Mexico for five years where he gained experience in education and mentoring. During his free time he likes to hike, run, and play tennis.

Jenna Welch | ProScan-to-Placement Coordinator

Jenna is a six-year LearnKey employee who has loved supporting dozens of students in solidifying and achieving their vocational goals. After attending Dixie State College of Utah, Jenna taught English in eastern China for two semesters and then turned semi-nomadic, living in five different cities over the next seven years. She loves that she gets to support students across the country and get to know their hometowns a little bit through them. Her current locale is Ephraim, UT, where she lives with her husband, daughter and rescue mutt from their last home on the Blackfeet Nation in Montana. Jenna enjoys scary movies, trying new restaurants and long drives in the mountains.

Abe McHatton | Employability Specialist

Abe is the Employability Specialist at LearnKey. He came to the team after working one year as an admissions advisor for Brighton College. He has been in the education industry for over fifteen years in enrollments and career services. Abe’s focus will be working with students, leveraging his knowledge and understanding of their programs and the job market. Abe and his family currently live in Gilbert, Arizona.
